1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products
  • Lingerie, clothing, or any wearable items if packaging has been tampered with
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the issue.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defective or damaged item

3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our refund options.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • For defective or damaged products, once the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@naughtyfinds.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or refund request
  • Any supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is required due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Sale Items
Please note that sale items or items purchased during a promotion may be final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
